Do you offer samples?
Yes, absolutely! We currently have samples of our fragrances, Champagne Showers collection, and beard butters available at no cost to you. Please email us with your name and mailing address at ivyaesthetics1@gmail.com, and we’ll send them your way.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays. The cutoff time for same day shipping is 2PM/EST on both days. Orders placed on a Monday or Friday before 2PM/EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following shipping day, excluding holidays. Orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive once they are shipped. Shipping times may be delayed during the holidays. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay updated on any changes in our shipping schedule. Any delays outside of holidays will be announced via our social media outlets. If you experience any issues with your order during transit, please contact us via ivyaesthetics1@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please thoroughly examine your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damages, and photos within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to send a replacement at no cost to you. If your request exceeds the 5 day mark, a replacement item(s) will not be sent to you.
